I saw a real difference in my body shape and I had loads more energy to deal with my baby and those oh-so-long sleepless nights. It was a great way for me to meet other local mums and we always have a laugh in class. Gem is lovely and has a real knack at making you feel good about yourself. The classes are well structured and She’s experienced in dealing with post partum bodies. She helped me with my tummy separation by making sure I was only doing suitable exercises and also gave me some exercises to do at home, which was great! Definitely go if you’re wanting to tone up after having a baby and to have a great time socialising with other mums!”
