			Our Women’s Bootcamp is designed to help you push past your limits, build strength, and feel empowered in a fun, supportive environment. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to take your workouts to the next level, this class is for you.
What to Expect
- Total-Body Workouts: A mix of strength training, cardio, core work, and conditioning to maximize results.
 - High Energy & Variety: Expect circuits, intervals, resistance training, and functional moves that keep your body guessing.
 - Supportive Community: Train alongside like-minded women who motivate and encourage each other.
 - All Levels Welcome: Modifications and progressions ensure every participant gets a safe, challenging workout that fits their fitness level.
 
Class Details
- Duration: 45 minute
 - Cost: £8 drop in £35 for 5 session block.
 - Schedule: Every term time Friday 9am.
 - Location: Lion Green (meet by the park)
 - What to Bring: Water, towel, and your determination!
